watch our world burn

Just a few words
On my nihlism
blinded by altruism
all the colours
all the numbers
the people and words
hard to break through
The rain wakes me
blood metal
A cleansing
This world
its hard to feel like you dont belong
not a word my love
you dont need to see or hear me
to know
i can feel you still with me
please die
the people and their words
so hard to break through.
You and your mysterious ways
guide me im at your will
if you ever need anything in return
just say
until then
ill watch our world burn.

the mirror

The mirror doesn't look like them
I guess it never will
What would you say
If I took a piece for me?
Happiness is your best friend
It doesn't appeal to me
Have you ever seen me?
As I talk it lets you down
You're finally used to me
But they never talk your way
The universe is in your hands
That doesn't appeal to me
What would they say
If I took a piece for me?
Happiness is your best friend
It doesn't appeal to me
Have you ever seen me?
As I talk it lets you down
You're finally used to me
But they never talk your way
The mirror doesn't look like them
I guess it never will
What would you say
If I took a piece for me?
Happiness is your best friend
It doesn't appeal to me
Have you ever seen me

Resolution

A resolution on new years day cleans up my train of thought.
A lame domestic fame I call it graphic pain
Some say to innovate I don't need that again
Not just the family name
Unveiled but don't complain
Either one can feel ashamed...I don't need that again
Some say to innovate
It rained on my parade
A resolution on New Year's Day
Clean up my train of thought
What can be done with my..

psy

According to Jung's theory of Psychological Types we are all different in fundamental ways. One's ability to process different information is limited by their particular type. These types are sixteen.

People can be either Extroverts or Introverts, depending on the direction of their activity; Thinking, Feeling, Sensing, Intuitive, according to their own information pathways; Judging or Perceiving, depending on the method in which they process received information.

Extroverts vs. Introverts

Extroverts are directed towards the objective world whereas Introverts are directed towards the subjective world. The most common differences between Extroverts and Introverts are shown below:

Extroverts
  • are interested in what is happening around them
  • are open and often talkative
  • compare their own opinions with the opinions of others
  • like action and initiative
  • easily make new friends or adapt to a new group
  • say what they think
  • are interested in new people
  • easily break unwanted relations
Introverts
  • are interested in their own thoughts and feelings
  • need to have own territory
  • often appear reserved, quiet and thoughtful
  • usually do not have many friends
  • have difficulties in making new contacts
  • like concentration and quiet
  • do not like unexpected visits and therefore do not make them
  • work well alone

Sensing vs. Intuition

Sensing is an ability to deal with information on the basis of its physical qualities and its affection by other information. Intuition is an ability to deal with the information on the basis of its hidden potential and its possible existence. The most common differences between Sensing and Intuitive types are shown below:

Sensing types
  • see everyone and sense everything
  • live in the here and now
  • quickly adapt to any situation
  • like pleasures based on physical sensation
  • are practical and active
  • are realistic and self-confident
Intuitive types
  • are mostly in the past or in the future
  • worry about the future more than the present
  • are interested in everything new and unusual
  • do not like routine
  • are attracted more to the theory than the practice
  • often have doubts

Thinking vs. Feeling

Thinking is an ability to deal with information on the basis of its structure and its function. Feeling is an ability to deal with information on the basis of its initial energetic condition and its interactions. The most common differences between Thinking and Feeling type are shown below:

Thinking types
  • are interested in systems, structures, patterns
  • expose everything to logical analysis
  • are relatively cold and unemotional
  • evaluate things by intellect and right or wrong
  • have difficulties talking about feelings
  • do not like to clear up arguments or quarrels
Feeling types
  • are interested in people and their feelings
  • easily pass their own moods to others
  • pay great attention to love and passion
  • evaluate things by ethics and good or bad
  • can be touchy or use emotional manipulation
  • often give compliments to please people

Perceiving vs. Judging

Perceiving types are motivated into activity by the changes in a situation. Judging types are motivated into activity by their decisions resulting from the changes in a situation. The most common differences between Perceiving and Judging types are shown below:

Perceiving types
  • act impulsively following the situation
  • can start many things at once without finishing them properly
  • prefer to have freedom from obligations
  • are curious and like a fresh look at things
  • work productivity depends on their mood
  • often act without any preparation
Judging types
  • do not like to leave unanswered questions
  • plan work ahead and tend to finish it
  • do not like to change their decisions
  • have relatively stable workability
  • easily follow rules and discipline

  • "The release of atom power has changed everything except our way of thinking...the solution to this problem lies in the heart of mankind. If only I had known, I should have become a watchmaker."

  • "The further the spiritual evolution of mankind advances, the more certain it seems to me that the path to genuine religiosity does not lie through the fear of life, and the fear of death, and blind faith, but through striving after rational knowledge."
  • "Now he has departed from this strange world a little ahead of me. That means nothing. People like us, who believe in physics, know that the distinction between past, present, and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion."
  • "You see, wire telegraph is a kind of a very, very long cat. You pull his tail in New York and his head is meowing in Los Angeles. Do you understand this? And radio operates exactly the same way: you send signals here, they receive them there. The only difference is that there is no cat."
  • "One had to cram all this stuff into one's mind for the examinations, whether one liked it or not. This coercion had such a deterring effect on me that, after I had passed the final examination, I found the consideration of any scientific problems distasteful to me for an entire year."
  • "...one of the strongest motives that lead men to art and science is escape from everyday life with its painful crudity and hopeless dreariness, from the fetters of one's own ever-shifting desires. A finely tempered nature longs to escape from the personal life into the world of objective perception and thought."
  • "He who joyfully marches to music rank and file, has already earned my contempt. He has been given a large brain by mistake, since for him the spinal cord would surely suffice. This disgrace to civilization should be done away with at once. Heroism at command, how violently I hate all this, how despicable and ignoble war is; I would rather be torn to shreds than be a part of so base an action. It is my conviction that killing under the cloak of war is nothing but an act of murder."
  • "A human being is a part of a whole, called by us _universe_, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."
  • "Not everything that counts can be counted, and not everything that can be counted counts." (Sign hanging in Einstein's office at Princeton)

.

Something has to change.
Un-deniable dilemma.
Boredom's not a burden
Anyone should bear.
Constant over stimu-lation numbs me
but I would not want
You any other way.
Cause,
It's not enough.
I need more.
Nothing seems to satisfy.
I said,
I don't want it.
I just need it.
To breathe, to feel, to know I'm alive.
Finger deep within the borderline.
Show me that you love me and that we belong together.
Relax, turn around and take my hand.
I can help you change
Tired moments into pleasure.
Say the word and we'll be
Well upon our way.
Blend and balance
Pain and comfort
Deep within you
Till you will not want me any other way.
But,
It's not enough.
I need more.
Nothing seems to satisfy.
I said,
I don't want it.
I just need it.
To breathe, to feel, to know I'm alive.
Knuckle deep inside the borderline.
This may hurt a little but it's something you'll get used to.
Relax. Slip away.
Something kinda sad about
the way that things have come to be.
Desensitized to everything.
What became of subtlety?
How can this mean anything to me
If I really don't feel anything at all?
I'll keep digging till
I feel something.
Elbow deep inside the borderline.
Show me that you love me and that we belong together.
Shoulder deep within the borderline.
Relax. Turn around and take my hand.

5 Stages

THE FIVE STAGES OF DRUNKENNESS

Stage #1 -- Smart

This is when you suddenly become an expert on every subject. You
know all and greatly wish to express this knowledge to anyone who
will listen. At this stage you are also always right. And of course
the person you are talking with is very wrong. You will talk for
hours trying to convince someone that you are right. This makes for an
interesting argument when both parties are "smart". Two people talking,
in fact, arguing about a subject neither one really knows anything
about, but are convinced that they are they complete authority on the
subject makes for great entertainment for those get the opportunity to
listen in.

Stage #2 -- Handsome/Pretty

This is when you are convinced that you are the best looking person in
the entire room and everyone is looking at you. You begin to wink at
perfect strangers and ask them to dance because of course they had been
admiring you the whole evening. You are the center of attention, and all
eyes are directed at you because you are the most beautiful thing on the
face of the earth. Now keep in mind that you are still smart, so you can
talk to this person who has been admiring you about any and all subjects
under the sun.

Stage #3 -- Rich

This is when you suddenly become the richest person in the world. You can
buy drinks for the entire bar and put it on your bill because you surely
have an armored truck full of your money parked behind the bar. You can
also make bets in this stage. Now of course you still know all, so you
will always win all your bets. And you have no concern for how much
money you bet because you have all the money in the world. You will also
begin to buy drinks for all the people in the bar who are admiring you
because you are now the smartest, prettiest, and richest person on the
face of the earth.

Stage #4 -- Bulletproof

You can now pick fights with the people you have been betting money with
because you cannot be hurt by anything. At this point you would go up to
the boyfriend of the woman who had been admiring your beautiful self
all evening and challenge him to a battle of wits for money. You have no
worry about losing this battle of wits because you know all, have all
the money to cover this bet, and you obviously win a fight that might
erupt if he looses.

Stage #5 -- Invisible

This is the final stage of drunkenness. At this point you can do
absolutely anything because no one can see you. You can get up and dance
on a table; you can strip down to your underwear, to impress the people
who have been admiring you all evening, because the rest of the people
in the room cannot see you. You are also invisible to the person whom
you have picked a fight with earlier in the evening. You can walk through
the streets singing at the top of your lungs (because of course you are
still smart and know the tune perfectly) and no one will think anything
of it because they can't see you. All your social inhibitions are
gone. You can do anything, because no one will know.

And you certainly won't remember !

ah indeed

oh youre so uncool cos you do things.
yeah it must be so boring pretending not to be boring.
fuck youuuuuuuuu!!!!!!

ok so thats out my system.

Arcane ravers site is up

myspace.com/arcaneraverz

This is all for me really and anyone who can stalk quite well. It wont take a genious to find this blog.

Still i like that randoms could just find it....

Still id be perfectly happy if no one read it ever.

its like a journal you keep on a bedside table.

416 in the morning goodnight

mind frames

its down to the different mindframes you can put yourself in. When you break a routine or two you realise whats going on around you. Like if you realise one monday night ... what year is this? You quickly realise how much time has passed
You don't have to be a superstar to be fun. You don't even have to do cartwheels. You do need to be positive and friendly, however, so that people feel good when they're around you. From the very first conversation you have with someone, you should use body language to convey that you are affable, non-threatening, and approachable. Smile frequently, laugh often, and make eye contact. In your words, be confident, but don't be cocky, condescending, or mean-spirited.

Don't try to change yourself in order to fit in to make new friends. A good friend sometimes does things he or she doesn't want to do, such as helping a friend move or going to see a band that you don't really like, but you should never feel pressured to do something you think is wrong. Stay true to your convictions and beliefs, and if this causes you to lose some friends, you're better off without them. You'll also find that your integrity may help you win a lot of other friends, and if you just be yourself you'll make friends who like you for who you are.
Never leave old friends because you like someone else more. This is a big, bad mistake. It's great to have different groups of friends, but if you abandon one group for another, you may soon find yourself without any friends at all.
Be careful about getting together with people that you meet online. They might not be who they say they are.
Don't try to buy friends by giving people gifts or money. While it's nice to give a friend a gift sometimes, if you go overboard, it's creepy. A person who will "be your friend" because you buy him or her things probably just likes the things you gave them, not you.

the winter here's cold and bitter it's chilled us to the bone we haven't seen the sun for weeks to long too far from home I feel just like I'm sinking and I claw for solid ground I'm pulled down by the undertow I never thought I could feel so low oh darkness I feel like letting go if all of the strength and all of the courage come and lift me from this place I know I could love you much better than this full of grace full of grace my love so it's better this way, I said having seen this place before where everything we said and did hurts us all the more its just that we stayed, too long in the same old sickly skin I'm pulled down by the undertow I never thought I could feel so low oh darkness I feel like letting go if all of the strength and all of the courage come and lift me from this place I know I could love you much better than this

dear god

Dear God,Hope you got the letter andI pray you can make it better down here.I don't mean a big reduction in the price of beerBut all the people that you made in your image,See them starving on their feet'Cause they don't get enough to eatFrom GodI can't believe in you.Dear God,Sorry to disturb you, butI feel that I should be heard loud and clear. We all need a big reduction in the amount of tearsAnd all the people that you made in your image,See them fighting in the street'Cause they can't make opinions meetAbout God,I can't believe in you.Did you make disease, and the diamond blue?Did you make mankind after we made you?And the devil too?!Dear God,Don't know if you noticed, but...Your name is on a lot of quotes in this book,Us crazy humans wrote it, you should take a look,And all the people that you made in your image,Still believing that junk is trueWell I know it ain't, and so do youDear God,I can't believe in...I don't believe in...I won't believe in heaven and hell.No saints, no sinners, no devil as well.No pearly gates, no thorny crown. You're always letting us humans down. The wars you bring, the babes you drown. Those lost at sea and never found,And it's the same the whole world 'round. The hurt I see helps to compoundThat Father, Son and Holy GhostIs just somebody's unholy hoaxAnd if you're up there you'd perceiveThat my heart's here upon my sleeve. If there's one thing I don't believe in.....It's you.....Dear God.

Hey your glass is emptyit's a hell of a long way homewhy don't you let me take youit's no good to go aloneI never would have opened upbut you seemed so real to meand after all the bullshit I've heardit's refreshing not to see that I don't have to pretendshe doesn't expect it from meSo Don't tell me I haven't been good to youdon't tell me I have never been there for youand just tell me whynothing is good enoughHey little girl would you like some candyyour momma said that it's OKThe door is open come on outsideno I can't come out todayit's not the wind that cracked your shoulderand threw you to the groundwho's there that makes you so afraidyou're shaken to the boneand no I don't understandyou deserve so much more than thisSo don't tell me whyhe's never been good to youdon't tell me whyhe's never been there for youdon't you know that whyis simply not good enoughso just let me tryand I will be good to youjust let me tryand I will be there for youI'll show you whyyou're so much more than good enough...

arms

Spend all your time waiting for that second chance For the break that will make it okThere's always some reason to feel not good enough And it's hard at the end of the day I need some distraction, oh beautiful release Memories They may be empty and weightless, and maybe I'll find some peace tonight In the arms of the Angels, fly away from here From this dark, cold hotel room, and the endlessness that you fear You are pulled from the wreckage of your silent reverie You're in the arms of an Angel; may you find some comfort here So tired of the straight line, and everywhere you turn There's vultures and thieves at your back The storm keeps on twisting, you keep on building the lies That you make up for all that you lack It don't make no difference, escaping one last time It's easier to believe In this sweet madness, oh this glorious sadness That brings me to my knees In the arms of the Angels, far away from here From this dark, cold hotel room, and the endlessness that you fear You are pulled from the wreckage of your silent reverie In the arms of an Angel; may you find some comfort here
